Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter basic details such as your name and contact information, we'll be unable to process your booking or communicate important information about your training. 

We keep your information safe by using secure systems including password protected devices and trusted third party platforms, taking reasonable steps to protect it from loss or misuse and restricting access to authorised personnel only. 

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to deliver our services and meet legal and record keeping requirements at which point we securely destroy it by deleting or anonymising digital records and securely disposing of any physical documents.
