SalonED Training – Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


1. Bookings & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all training sessions.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Payment options may include Stripe, bank transfer, and Afterpay.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the training date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • If SalonED Training cancels or postpones a session, clients may choose either:
    • a full refund, or
    • transfer to a rescheduled session.
  • In unforeseen circumstances, reasonable notice and fair options will always be provided.


3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their booking up to seven (7) days prior to the training date.
  • Requests made within seven (7) days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, standard cancellation terms apply.


4. Minimum Numbers (Workshops)

  • Workshops require a minimum of six (6) participants to run.
  • If minimum numbers are not met, SalonED Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop.
  • In this instance, clients will be offered:
    • a transfer to a future session, or
    • a full refund.
  • Where possible, a minimum of 3–5 days' notice will be provided.


5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at the discretion of SalonED Training.


6. Training Outcomes

  • Training is educational in nature. Results will vary depending on each learner's skill level, experience, and ongoing practice.
  • SalonED Training does not guarantee full competency or qualification-level outcomes from a single session.
  • Additional practice or further training may be required to achieve mastery.


7. Liability

  • All reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe and professional training environment.
  • SalonED Training is not liable for the misuse or misapplication of techniques learned during or after training.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, resources, and content remain the property of SalonED Training.
  • Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.


9. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Feedback may be collected following training sessions to support ongoing improvement of services.

SalonED Training provides professional education and guidance in line with current industry standards. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality delivery, outcomes depend on each learner's individual ability, effort, and prior experience.

SalonED Training accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or performance outcomes resulting from participation in training or the application of techniques outside the training environment.

By booking a service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
